Ibotta: Money Earning App

There are many apps out there that will nickel and dime you, I have downloaded and uninstalled so many I could not tell you the number. What I can tell you is the 5 apps that I have kept on my phone and earned hundreds of dollars with. I will post one each week starting from most money earned to least so you can prioritize which you would like to spend your time on.

Number One: Ibotta!

There are so many ways to earn money with this app all from scanning in your receipts. It starts out with picking your favorite stores, from those stores you select items you are going to buy or have bought, following the guidelines given. Some offers ask you to answer a question, some to watch a 10 second advertisement. There are also some discounts that belong to a specific store.

Then there is the "Earn More" Bonuses. These can really boost your earnings as some go as high as $20. Bonuses are tasks ranging from inviting new people, buying a particular number of an item or brand, fulfilling a specific number of offers and so on.

There are even ways to save while online shopping, just search the app for the online store you are wanting to shop at, click the link provided and shop. Make sure to use that link when checking out as well so the app knows the amount you paid as it is how it knows to give you the percentage of cash back.

Teamwork is great as well. Most apps give you a referral bonus when friends sign up using your link or referral code, Ibotta groups all your referrals and friends, if you connect your account to Facebook and Google accounts, and has special earnings and bonuses when your team accomplishes specific goals.

Pay with Ibotta is not a function that I have used, but according to their blog blog.ibotta.com, you can pay using their app and save money instantly. Just enter in your card information and scan your phone at checkout at participating stores.
